I highly recommend Grasmere Physical Therapy. Last year, I had a skiing accident and completely ruptured my ACL. Dr. Tserlyuk and his team were compassionate, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable in how to get me back to my activities before the accident. I received surgery at HSS and they recreated my ACL from a piece of my hamstring. The recovery from this type of surgery takes time and believe me there were moments when I did not believe that I would be back to normal. Dr. T was very encouraging and knew exactly what techniques to use to get me on the best path for recovery. In addition to restorative exercises, he uses electrical stimulation, massages, and other methods to stimulate and reinforce success. If you follow the protocol he gives you, you will be back to normal activities. I’m back to yoga, jogging, and hopefully starting tennis again this spring. There was a one-month period last summer when I was vacationing and checked out another PT place to keep on my recovery schedule. There was no comparison to the care Dr. T gives. As soon as I came back from vacation, I was back on schedule with Dr. T. I recommend him to everyone that I encounter.

I’ve been injured for a few years now and have been to five different Physical Therapy offices. I wish someone would have recommended this office first. The moment I spoke to the front office, I was treated kindly and was given an appointment right away. Dr. Igor is very professional and makes you feel comfortable from the start. He’s so knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with. I started feeling better after my first visit. His staff pushes you when you need it and know to go easy on the days you may be hurting a little more. He has excellent physical therapists that really care about you especially Viveki, Dmitri and Fatima. They physically and mentally make you feel better. I have been going to Grasmere Physical Therapy since I suffered a very bad fall at my job. Dr. Igor’s professional expertise is excellent. Dr. Igor and his staff are very knowledgeable and precise. They helped me to walk in an upright position without pain!

I have had back and knee issues for years as a result of past sports trauma. Just finished chemotherapy for my recent diagnosis I was weak, some of the leg muscles were atrophied and my overall strength was almost nonexistent. Finding Dr. Igor’s practice was a true blessing. I practically crawled into the office with herniated disks, and 2 hours later I walked straight. Dr. Tserlyuk diagnosed my issues accurately and precisely, performed mobility and range tests, created an individualized exercise schedule, targeted therapies, and massage. The office is very clean and well-run, the staff there is great. Top-notch experience from billing to treatments. Now several weeks later I feel stronger and my pain is practically gone.

I highly recommend this place for physical therapy!

I came here in the first place because of the good reviews this place had. I am very satisfied with everyone working here and the doctor is knowledgeable, cooperative, and well-mannered. The wait is not long, it is easy making an appointment 3 times a week with them at a time I can actually come. The cleaning and sanitizing are done after each patient and it looks like everything flows smoothly here. The only thing I wish they had is private rooms, they do have curtains around the massage tables though, still feel a bit exposed ( but I think this only concerns me as a Muslim woman). I would recommend this place to my friends and family!

Attentive, professional, & caring!

Awesome place!!! My mom Marina is undergoing therapy there after a serious injury – she is SO MUCH HAPPY!! The facility is very nice and clean, the staff very very attentive and professional, and neighborhood is beautiful. Parking is very easy, too! Thank you Dr. Igor & your staff!

Professional & knowledgeable!

All of the staff at Grasmere Physical Therapy are professional, courteous, kind, and attentive. I received PT for my knees, and received excellent care. I felt much better after treatment there, and when I had used all my visits, I was given exercises to do at home to continue strengthening my knees. It’s a really good place.

I would like to say thank you for treating and completely curing my vertigo in one session. I was suffering and taking a lot of different medications for 1 year and a half, and now I know how bad it was. I also stopped getting migraine episodes for a long period of time. I’ve been to numerous physical therapy companies throughout the island but nothing compares to this amazing place. I went in with sciatic back pain and was treated over time with well balance exercises and massages. They know what they are doing.
